Here is our trip to beautiful Jamaica for my girlfriends 22nd birthday. This includes 7 mile beach, catamaran cruise in Negril, cliff jumping at Rick's Cafe, snorkelling and scuba diving, and climbing up the world's famous Dunn's River Falls. We would like to thank Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton in Montego Bay for our amazing week stay and unforgettable memories! Everything was perfect from the moment we hit the airport until our last day. We will definitely be seeing Jamaica again! Footage: GoPro Hero 4 Silver Song: Klingande - Jubel Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/kdelacruuz/
JAMAICA CANNABIS - Full Documentary HD The image of Jamaica in the media has always been related to either Bob Marley or marijuana. While both Marley and ganja have deep roots planted in this spectacular island, the reality of consuming and cultivating cannabis in Jamaica differs greatly from the perception. You could even go so far as to call Jamaica’s lack of regulations its worst kept secret. Strangely enough, marijuana has been illegal in Jamaica for decades. In April, 2015 that started to change with the passing of the “ganja law” that decriminalizes marijuana but only to a certain extent. Naturally, radical changes are not that common on the island and to say this law does not come without limitations would be an exaggeration of biblical proportions. The Nitty Gritty So, let’s brea...

The island sugar plantations were highly dependent on slave labour, based on Africans who initially were captured, kidnapped, and sold into slavery from peoples of West and Central Africa. By the eighteenth century, sugarcane became the most important export of the island. By the early nineteenth century, people of African descent greatly outnumbered ethnic Europeans Due to the harshness of the conditions, there were many racial tensions. Jamaica had one of the highest number of slave uprisings of any Caribbean island.

The cruise port of Falmouth Jamaica was festive- full of shops, activity, and music. If you are not going on an excursion, you can certainly spend several hours just perusing the port area. There were plenty of choices when it came to shopping at Falmouth Jamaica cruise port. Some of the main attractions there include: * Appleton Estate Jamaica Rum Factory * Margaritaville with a cool pirate ship facade * Live dancing performances by locals * Crafts Market with handmade souvenirs This was from December of 2016 of our Western Caribbean cruise. Our cruise ship, the Royal Caribbean Allure of the Seas, was docked next to Disney Fantasy- a very impressive ship as well!
